Are you a new DC or Jt. DC?  There is a DC Guide that contains a wealth of information. 

All officers should also join the DC Digest to receive information via e-mail.  There is often miscommunication from other DC’s so watch for responses from the National office on certain topics.

Each club needs to have club policies.  These policies should be reviewed by the officers and sponsors every 2 – 3 years.   A copy of your clubs policies must be submitted and approved by the RS.  This chapter is from the DC guide -  Bylaws & Policies

To track your member’s ratings and regional participation there is the Membership Record form.  Members should also keep track of their activities on their own copy of this form.  We ask that it be submitted with the Championship Application packet.  The activity points they have earned in the year prior to Championships are added to their scores to help determine ranking for team placement.

CLUB RATINGS  - Are you the officer responsible for reporting the results of the club Ratings?   There are two forms to be submitted:  USPC Ratings Update Form (send one to the National office and one to the RS) and the Camino Real Ratings Report (just send to the RS).  Chapter 17 on Ratings is below.  Find the tests/prep guides and more under the “Ratings” tab.
